Location, the food options for both breakfast and dinner. The room cleaning service was fantastic. The staff so accommodating, especially Nelson in the dining room. The sea front facing room we had was lovely.

The staff were warm and friendly. You felt like you mattered as a customer. The heated swimming pool was a handy addition for the time of year. The bar staff and breakfast staff were excellent. The cocktails were very reasonable priced and delicious.

Great view and location- view over the beach, lovely room - freshly decorated. Hotel staff, lovely and welcoming and could not do enough for you! Bar staff- incredibly helpful, chatty and great service. Cocktails are lovely and are priced well- a favourite of mine was the frozen strawberry daiquiri! Spa- gorgeous, 10% discount when staying at the hotel - the spa circuit was wonderful and Diana gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage- highly recommended although slightly expensive. Snooker tables- €6 an hour located down in the bar area but great fun and Antonio was a great help! The pool was well managed. I would definitely stay again.

First I want to say: Thank you Jupiter Algarve Hotel for a really nice stay. Jupiter Algarve Hotel is located alongside the Rocha Beach, which is a lovely, very clean beach. We booked a double room with a front sea view and the balcony, breakfast included. Our room was upgraded to the higher floor room as I requested with no extra charge. We got 10% voucher to use in the hotel restaurant and SPA . The room was beautiful with the coffee machine, the kettle and the free coffee pods and the tea bags. The balcony was good sized, sea view was exceptional. The room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable. We got the free access to the outdoor heated pool. We are vegetarian and we don’t eat fish as well, but we have not been disappointed at the breakfast buffet. We had a plenty of choices. We also had a dinner twice in the evening at the hotel restaurant. It was in the form of buffet as well. The selection of food suitable for us was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff in all hotel was really nice, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location. Just minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We came as a family and stayed over Christmas, we really appreciate the outdoor pool which was covered for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. I especially liked the chef cooking eggs to your liking. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely accommodating. A special mention to Marcelo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Most of my family stayed here for the week of our wedding in algarve. The hotel was a perfect location, suited all ages, was spotless and staff very lovely. Kids lived the pool and we never had an issue getting loungers. Great breakfast. They even sent us a lively desert platter and champagne the day after our wedding. We travel a lot and were very impressed with this hotel: All my family were impressed and we will be back.

We really lucked out with this hotel, the location was amazing - 5 min walk to the beach, perfect spot on the portimao strip with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were very clean and very big (we did get a free upgrade to a bigger room though). Our room had air conditioning in the lounge and the bedroom which was fantastic and much needed. There is even a pool in the hotel, a spa and a gym. I would (and will) definitely come back to this hotel again. 10/10!

The location was spot on! Directly opposite the beach and in the centre of everything. Tea, coffee and fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet was a great selection and good quality. The evening buffet was amazing in every respect. Our balcony had a side view of the sea. We tried to upgrade on checkin but there was no availability, however after seeing the room we realised that we didn't need an upgrade. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming and accommodating. They go over and above.

Our room with a sea view was great and, having booked half-board, breakfast and evening meals were really nice and well worth the extra expense. Also, the variety of food available to select from was very wide ranging. We have been to this hotel many times ( last October was our last visit prior to this one ) and the revamp of the restaurant/ dining room really enhanced the experience.
